As livestock farming expands, manure treatment has become a key factor in achieving sustainable development for pig farms.
Traditional composting or open-air fermentation methods take up large areas, cause odor, and work inefficiently.
The JinDi enclosed aerobic fermentation tank provides a high-efficiency and eco-friendly alternative for manure resource utilization.

This project takes place at a large pig farm in China. Since the installation of JinDi fermentation tanks, the system has been operating stably and efficiently.
Pig manure first goes into the biogas digester for anaerobic fermentation, producing usable biogas energy for heating or power generation.
Afterward, the slurry and residue are separated. The solid residue is then fed into the JinDi enclosed aerobic fermentation tank,
where it undergoes continuous fermentation under high-temperature and oxygen-rich conditions.

Within just 7 to 10 days, the waste is transformed into soft organic fertilizer base material. After aging, it can be used directly in agricultural production to improve soil fertility and structure.
For pig farms, this process not only reduces manure treatment costs but also allows the sale of organic fertilizer, creating both environmental and economic benefits.
The entire process is stable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly,
helping farms achieve waste reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment — moving toward truly green and circular farming.

Advantages of JinDi Fermentation Tanks
